TO NEW
TARGETS IN OUR TENTH YEAR..
 Our
company was founded by 5 partners with the target of becoming “the
number one solution provider in Logistics and Transportation Sector in
Turkey”. Today it is in the leading position with its staff of 60 and
with hundreds of customers, and we feel proud of the fact that the
services related to a great percentage of export and import in our
country are being managed by SOFT Applications in our tenth year.
Having provided the added value, competitive power, flexibility and
agility to our customers by establishing close cooperation with them as
well as “supplying solutions meeting customer requirements by utilizing
latest developments in Information Technology and rendering consultancy
services with an understanding of quality” have raised us to a position
of number one Strategic Business Partner for Logistics and
Transportation companies in Turkey.
Today, as a result of our marketing efforts, we have reached the stage
of presenting our products and services to companies outside the borders
of our country. Our products and services are structured in
international standards, they operate in more than one language, and our
customers already include many large sized foreign companies.
As a result of restructuring activities we started at the end of 2003,
we moved in to our new premises that provide us a modern working
environment with a large and powerful infrastructure, and which
contribute to diversity and quality of our services. Our company became
an incorporated company recreating our corporate identity.
In 2004, we renewed the visual interface of our applications. We started
an intense internal training campaign in order to reach the target of
more professional and high quality products and services with our staff
which rapidly increased in number. In our company, new job and task
definitions were created and our software, which manages all of our work
processes, was enhanced and put into use. In 2005, we will have taken a
great step forward in increasing efficiency and customer satisfaction by
integrating all of our customers to our work processes via Internet.
In 2003, already in a leading position in the field of Enterprise
Resource Planning in logistics sector, we started providing our
solutions to the companies with a potential to grow by introducing our
product SOFT Ready. This year, we will start providing our solutions to
small-scale companies more extensively with our product SOFT Easy.
We will start providing our customers with a wide range of products and
services, with the cooperation we created to introduce our solutions and
corporate data systems infrastructure with an outsource service model,
and with our platform activities which aim to introduce different
solutions and technologies as integrated.
We continue to improve our consultancy services to our customers in
analysing, restructuring and effectively managing their work processes
and in increasing efficiency and quality.
All our personnel at any level in our company are ready to provide our
customers the products and services which will become the major
contribution to their accomplishments with an understanding of
unconditional customer satisfaction and with the first day’s excitement
and determination.
